All sofas purchased at COZY enjoy a free-of-charge maintenance policy for renewing the leather every 6 months. This is a 6-step process using a high-quality sofa cleaning and skin care solution imported from the UK under the Ultimate Leather brand.

Lifetime maintenance
All sofa products distributed by Cozy, including imported sofas, are entitled to Cozy's lifetime warranty. After the standard warranty period, mattress, foam, frame, and leather repairs will be charged only for materials and labor/workmanship.
