COZY offers a complete All-in-one dispatch service that includes delivery, unpacking of furniture and complete assembly. This premium service applies to all products purchased at COZY.

Our priority is to provide a safe and efficient delivery process that give our customers a peace of mind in every step.

  1. Dates of delivery

Cozy estimates that your order will be delivered within 10-20 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

      2. Non-Acceptance of Delivery

If you are unable to accept delivery within the estimated delivery time, Cozy will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery schedule. In the event that you do not respond or cannot accept delivery according to the agreed schedule, Cozy will take the following actions:

(a) In case you have paid the full purchase price:

  • Cozy will request you to choose a reputable storage facility to send the goods. You will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping, storage, and any applicable charges. Cozy will not be liable for the goods at the storage facility of your choice. However, Cozy is willing to assist you in finding a suitable storage facility (Please refer to the "Storage Options" section above).

(b) In case you have not paid the full purchase price or do not take the actions in clause (a):

  • Cozy has the right to unilaterally terminate the sales contract and notify you. Your failure to accept delivery according to the agreement will be considered as your cancellation of the original order. In such case, you:
    • Agree to forfeit the deposit paid, or for clearance items, you will forfeit the full price of the Products.
    • Will have no further claim to the Products.
    • Cozy may, at its sole discretion, agree to resell the Products to you at a later date for the full purchase price without any discount for the forfeited deposit.

As all of our products are imported from overseas, all initially supplied booking dates are tentative only. If you have provided us with your mobile number, our delivery team will update you on the arrival and the delivery of your furniture via SMS.

      3. Delivery, assembly, and installation:

    As initial handling is significant to ensure proper use of the products, we require delivery of most products. Please contact our store or call 1300 217 799 if you request a pickup from our store.
